Chongqing Zoo

Chongqinq Zoo is home to the world famous Chinese pandas, as well as many other animals, from monkeys to fish to giraffes. Crocodile Center

For an exciting and different activity, try Chongqing’s crocodile center. Here you can also find other species of animal from monkeys to albino kangaroos. You can even feed the crocodiles yourselves. This is a great place to spend a few hours, and is conveniently located in between the airport and the city center.

Chongqing Wuling Mountain Forest Park

This area is a bus ride away from Chongqing, however it is well worth it for the spectacular scenery you can enjoy. You can easily spend a few days here before you have seen everything. If you wish to see the views without all the physical activity, an elevator has been installed allowing you to skip the most strenuous portion of the walk.

Local Joy

This is a national topic park in southwest China also the largest wild animal park in China. It is located on top of a hill on the southern bank of the Yangtze River. The park has a variety of rides aimed at visitors of all ages and is the ideal place for a family day out.

Caribbean Water World

Caribbean Water World is the largest water theme park in Chongqing. It has various water entertainment facilities including a surfing area, diving platform, and joy island. 7Ciqikou Ancient Town

This is the most famous ancient town near Chongqing and was involved in “New Bayu 12 Sights”. It was built during the Song dynasty, thus you can see very special ancient Chinese architecture here. You can have a drink in the special teahouse near the river, where you can also find delicious traditional Chongqing food.
