JOB Details
| Position: Destination Service Consultant |
| Location: Shanghai |
| Reports to: Maxxelli Managing Director |
| Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. (We are a company dedicated towards service, so we often work when our assignees need our support) |
| Fixed Salary: 10,000 – 14,000 RMB per month (dependent on experience and personal drive to succeed) |
| Incentive: Performance Based |
| Start date: When you are hired. Sooner is better |

| Property Viewings / City Orientations / Negotiations / Contract Preparation / Signature Process / Move-ins / Tenancy Management |
| Business Development, both Locally (real estate connections) and Globally (HR connections) |
Requirements:
| Five to Six years of sales and management experience is preferred but not essential |
| Quick thinker and open minded. The desire to learn and grow |
| The ability to work in a team environment |
| Strong Communication both English and Chinese. |
