Over 10 years ago, Maxxelli started its amazing adventure in China. From its humble beginnings in Suzhou, to its current stronghold in Chengdu led by CEO Peter Kuppens, the unique identity of the company is one recognizable throughout all of second tier China. To commemorate this moment, the strength of the Maxxelli family bonds were tested during our three day anniversary event. Here, training, teambuilding, and celebrations resulted in a strong display of what the company has become throughout the years. Check out the timeline below to see what these years brought…
On the first day, Maxxellians from all over China collected at the Chengdu headquarters. The teams in each Maxxelli Real Estate office consist of talented individuals with strong communicative skills and business know-how. On the other hand, those working in consultancy projects have developed research and entrepreneurial expertise. Having the complete family at one location meant a perfect opportunity to share ideas, build new synergies between real estate and consultancy, and reinstate the fact that Maxxelli is one business.
Those that visited the Chengdu headquarters can notice its distinctive take on office design: long tables shared tables ensuring optimal communication and a sense of teamwork; glass windows that serve as idea sharing platforms; and the simple Maxxelli Green colour scheme found in the furniture to the coffee mugs. This all reflects what we think is important in a working environment, making it an exceptionally effective and comfortable one.
Team building and celebrations were continued at a tranquil mountainside villa just outside of Chengdu. We think knowing your colleagues on a personal level is an essential way of building a tight group. This group being exactly what we need for an even brighter and prosperous future.
This future is then again near for a fast growing company such as Maxxelli. We aim to continue supporting individuals and companies find success in China. Therefore we are concerned about our employees’ self development, help them to be professional in their careers, as well as providing space for them to study.
